Effective date: November 5, 2026
Antlogy brings together social networking, personal productivity, and collaborative work. These Guidelines set the standards for using the Service respectfully and responsibly.
They apply across Antlogy, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, calls, invitations, files, and workspaces. They form part of our Terms and Conditions.
Respect others
Do not threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or deliberately humiliate others. Coordinated harassment and encouraging others to target someone are prohibited.
Respect personal boundaries and requests to stop contact. Do not use another account, project invitation, or another person to evade a block or account restriction.
We do not allow hateful attacks, dehumanization, or advocacy of violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
Disagreement, criticism, and professional feedback are welcome when expressed without abuse.
Respect privacy and consent
Do not expose or misuse another person’s private information. This includes private addresses, live locations, account credentials, identity documents, and confidential client or workplace records.
Do not publish private communications, recordings, or other confidential material without permission or another lawful basis. Participation in a conversation or access to a workspace does not provide unrestricted permission to distribute its contents.
Intimate images shared or threatened without consent, including fabricated or altered images, are prohibited.
Keep content and interactions safe
Do not use Antlogy to promote, facilitate, or organize violence, terrorism, exploitation, or other illegal activity.
We prohibit credible threats, encouragement of suicide or self-injury, and graphic violence shared to shock or intimidate. Supportive discussion, recovery, and responsible educational discussion are allowed.
Pornographic content, sexual exploitation, and unwanted sexual harassment or solicitation are prohibited.
Child safety
Antlogy prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, and sexual solicitation or exploitation of anyone under 18. This prohibition includes synthetic or altered exploitative material.
Report concerns through Antlogy’s reporting tools or support@antlogy.com. Do not download or redistribute suspected illegal material. We remove CSAM when we become aware of it and report confirmed material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or the relevant authority as required by law.
Be honest and avoid spam
Do not impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent your affiliation, or use deceptive accounts to mislead others.
Scams, phishing, fraudulent offers, extortion, and attempts to obtain credentials or payment information under false pretenses are prohibited.
Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, repeated unwanted promotions, deceptive invitations, or other spam. Professional offers and collaboration requests should be relevant and welcome.
Do not manipulate engagement, fabricate reports, or use reporting tools to retaliate against others.
Respect intellectual property and shared work
Share only material you created, are authorized to use, or may lawfully use under an applicable exception. Attribution alone does not replace permission.
Respect confidentiality and the purpose for which access was granted. Do not sabotage projects, deliberately destroy others’ work, or misuse permissions to take or disclose shared information.
Resolve ownership and commercial disagreements through the relevant agreements and appropriate channels. Antlogy’s access controls do not determine legal ownership.
Protect the Service
Do not distribute malware, exploit security weaknesses, access restricted accounts or information, or disrupt Antlogy’s systems.
Unauthorized scraping, automated collection of other users’ information, and attempts to bypass security or usage limits are prohibited.
If you discover a security concern, report it to support@antlogy.com without accessing or exposing more information than necessary.
Reporting concerns
Use the reporting option on the relevant content or account where available. You can also email support@antlogy.com, including if you cannot sign in.
Provide enough information to locate the issue, such as an account name, content link, location within the Service, and a brief description. Do not redistribute prohibited material to make a report.
Blocking can help limit further contact, but it does not replace a report when you want Antlogy to review a violation.
If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Enforcement and appeals
We review reports in context and consider the seriousness of the conduct, its impact, and any relevant history.
We may issue warnings, restrict features or content, remove material, suspend an account, or permanently terminate access. Serious violations may result in immediate action without a warning. We may preserve relevant evidence or notify appropriate authorities where permitted or required by law.
Removing content and restricting an account are separate decisions. An account restriction does not automatically delete everything associated with that account.
If you believe a decision was incorrect, email support@antlogy.com with your account details, the decision involved, and the reason you are requesting review. You may appeal even if your account is restricted. We will review the decision and correct it where appropriate.
Updates
We may update these Guidelines as the Service develops or new issues arise. We will publish the revised version with its effective date and provide notice of material changes where required.
